Starter: R2,499 setup + R249/month. Business (most popular): R4,999 setup + R349/month. E-Commerce Starter: R7,999 setup + R449/month. E-Commerce Pro: R12,999 setup + R549/month. First few clients get R500 off setup.

Do I pay everything upfront?

No. 50% deposit to start, remaining 50% only when you see the preview and say 'yes, launch it'. Monthly starts after it's live.

How long does it take?

Usually 5-7 business days after you send your content and pay deposit.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do—100%. I just manage it so it doesn't break. Domain is free .co.za for the first year.

Will Google find my website?

Basic on-page SEO is included (fast load, mobile-friendly, good titles). Most clients start seeing traffic in a few weeks. Advanced stuff is extra if you want it.

Agreement to Terms

By using SiteForge's website design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Services Provided

SiteForge provides professional website design and development services for South African businesses, including:

Custom website design and development
Domain registration assistance
Website hosting
Ongoing maintenance and support
Basic SEO optimization

Pricing and Payment

Setup Fees: One-time setup fees range from R2,499 to R12,999 depending on the package selected.

Monthly Fees: Ongoing monthly fees range from R249 to R549 for hosting, maintenance, and support.

Payment Terms:

50% deposit required to start work
Remaining 50% due upon project completion and approval
Monthly fees begin after website launch
Payments accepted via PayFast, EFT, or bank transfer

Late Payments: Failure to pay monthly fees may result in website suspension after 14 days notice.

Project Timeline

Standard project delivery is 5-7 business days after deposit and receipt of all required content. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

Delays caused by late content submission, unclear requirements, or excessive revision requests may extend the timeline.

Revisions and Changes

All packages include 2-3 rounds of revisions during the initial build phase, covering:

Text and content adjustments
Layout and design tweaks
Color and font changes
Image replacements

Additional revisions: R500 per round. Major redesigns, custom coding, or scope changes will be quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information and content
Supplying logos, images, and text in a timely manner
Reviewing and approving designs within agreed timeframes
Maintaining valid payment methods for monthly fees
Notifying us of any required changes or issues

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Website Content: You retain full ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos).

Website Code: Upon full payment, you own the website and its code.

Hosting: While paying monthly fees, your website is hosted on our servers. If you cancel, we can transfer your website to your own hosting.

Third-Party Assets: Stock images and fonts used may have their own licensing terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

Before Work Starts: Full refund of deposit if you cancel before we begin work.

During Development: Partial refund based on work completed (50% deposit is non-refundable once design begins).

After Launch: No refunds on setup fees. Monthly fees can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Monthly Services: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice via WhatsApp.

Website Maintenance and Support

Monthly fees include:

Secure hosting with daily backups
SSL certificate and security updates
Software and plugin updates
Basic technical support via WhatsApp
Minor content updates (text changes, image swaps)

Not Included: Major redesigns, new page creation, custom features, or ongoing content writing.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We guarantee that your website will be functional, mobile-responsive, and professionally designed. However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results.

No Warranty: Websites are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond our commitment to fix bugs and errors.

Limitation of Liability

SiteForge's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from website downtime or technical issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Monthly payments are overdue by more than 30 days
Client violates these terms
Client uses the website for illegal activities
Client engages in abusive behavior toward our team

Upon termination, we will provide a final backup of your website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Existing clients will be notified of significant changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
